Kirkintilloch Golf Club is a picturesque 18 hole course, originally laid out by the legendary James Braid in 1895. It sits among a rolling layout with spectacular views of the Campsie Fells, within easy reach of Glasgow and is the home course of Kirkintilloch, often referred to as the ‘canal capital of Scotland’. It is a great test of golf and is regarded by many as having the finest greens in the county.
Facilities include a large practice ground, putting and chipping green adjacent to the clubhouse and a 3-bay netted warm up area for those who desire a pre round routine.

With regret. we wish to advise our members that our Advanced PGA professional Colin Fairweather will be leaving the club in the very near future to take up a position at Longniddry GC. During his time at the club, Colin has achieved many successes including the substantial increase in visitor income, contributed significantly to the development of the golf course and practice facilities and increased services to our members and visitors. We are particularly grateful to him for his patience during the early months of his tenure while we were trying to provide the necessary facilities and infrastructure. Whilst we are sorry to see Colin leave, we wish him every success in his new post. Any members holding credit in the professional's shop should contact Colin as soon as possible for details on how to spend their winnings!
