Sitting amongst a rolling layout with spectacular views of the Campsie Fells and Clyde Valley as backdrops, our golf course and clubhouse is ideally situated within easy reach of Glasgow and located within the burgh of Kirkintilloch, often referred to as the ‘Canal Capital of Scotland’. We believe our golf course to be a great test of golf and is regarded by many as having the finest greens in the county.
Our clubhouse has large lounge with well stocked bar and great food, both Sky TV and BT TV for screening all the big sporting events, pool table, dartboard and gaming machine. Our smaller separate dining room serves regular special lunches and dinners for those special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Burns Night etc. Our Professional Shop, run by our resident PGA Professional Graeme Fisher is always available for all your golfing needs.
Practice facilities include 3 driving bays, putting green both of which are adjacent to the clubhouse. Adjacent to our 16th hole we also have a full practice area with targets, winter mats, full size green and bunker.
Rest assured, you will always be assured of a warm welcome to make sure you enjoy your time with us. We look forward to welcoming you, you've earned it, and we are convinced you will enjoy your time at our club!

The R&A and the USGA have announced the final changes to the Rules of Golf for 2019 and are effective as of 1st January 2019. These changes result from the Rules Modernisation Initiative that began in 2012 to bring the Rules up to date to fit the needs of the game today globally. A small number of the new Rule Books are available in the club lounge on a first come/first served basis.
In addition to this, members can also refer to the internet where numerous artefacts can be found including videos on various electronic media platforms such as the R&A and US PGA websites and also YouTube etc. Also, provided for our members convenience is a summary of the rules that can be downloaded via the PDF image below.
The majority of these rules have been introduced to speed up play, and also to complement "Ready Golf" that has been promoted and endorsed at our golf club for sometime now. We actively encourage you to take the time to familiarise yourself with the new rules and also the guidelines of Ready Golf if you have not already done so. Becoming fully familiar with the new rules should benefit both yourself and all other players thus ensuring we have a fully enjoyable time out on the course!
